WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

  • PAYPAL. It’s safe and fraud protected. Paypal is an reputable company that is trusted world wide. THE COLD SOCIETY  will never get your credit card number (Paypal transfers your payment to us) and you never have to worry about your credit card info being stolen or sold. Paypal protects the sensitive information on its online secure servers.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY SHOES?

  • Our turnaround time for custom orders are approximately 2-3 weeks due to a large queue of orders. Rush Orders are offered for an additional fee if you need your custom by a certain date. All orders are shipped via USPS. Tracking information is provided. and emailed to the confirmed email address on the customer’s order.

WHAT ARE YOUR PRICES?

  • Our prices are displayed under each product. For our custom kickz, the price listed is the total price to customize them. This fee includes the cost of the shoe plus the cost of the custom.
